CLASSES DESCRIPTION
ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA - MYSORE
The practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga combines postures, to strengthen and realign the body, breathing techniques to increase vitality and strengthen the nervous system, and concentration and meditation practices to calm the mind and ease stress.

This traditional Yoga training style emphasizes individualized practice geared to a student’s particular needs and condition. The class works on developing a deeper sense of awareness and enhanced free movement. Students learn about vinyasa, a system of movement that is coordinated with the breath.

The teacher circulates energy, giving each student individual correction, support, physical adjustments, and verbal instructions to ensure the full potential of the practice.

Nilesh Tiwari oversees the class with attention to each student’s needs, caring for the psychosomatic state of the student by placing emphasis on total mind-body suppleness beyond physical flexibility.

Through this class, you will learn how to correct and improve breathing patterns as well as understanding the precision required in the postures to bring health to the body and mind.

PRANA SHAKTI
This beginners class was developed for newcomers to Yoga who desire to build a strong link between the breath and the body. Yoga asanas are created to work in unison with the breath, and this class pushes the limits of known “breathing” to new levels. This practice over time impacts much more than the lungs, oxygenating and reinvigorating the entire body. Transformative breath recharges the body and mind by inviting a greater charge of life force - Prana - to circulate the body. Fun and laughter feature in these classes as students learn to re-program their unconscious habits. Nilesh shares his wisdom with a fresh, lighthearted approach that helps students see themselves in a new light.

SPINE SHAKTI - YOGA FOR BACK CARE ( ULTIMATE FREEDOM )
INCREASE SPINAL STABILITY, MOBILITY, ENDURANCE, AND WELL-BEING.

Discover simple yoga exercises to help you develop a stronger and healthier back. The ancient yogic system of exercise is readily available and ideally suited for dealing with many modern-day back problems.

Spine Yoga guides you through the hip opening and standing postures, abdominal and back strengthening techniques, plus a guided relaxation. These exercises will maximize the movements of the spine, strengthen your abdominals and release your back muscles. This specialized practice is focused on back bending, lengthening, and opening the spine backward, forwards, and sideways.

This class is for people who wish to improve the flexibility of the lower, middle, and upper back which includes the lumbar region as well as the limbic system.

You will be introduced to the art of caring for your back and building stability to protect the lower back. Preparing the body to endure (and adapt to) multiple forms and levels of stress. Spine Shakti Yoga is also ideal for those who just want to practice back bending safely and without hurting themselves.

A comprehensive led practice to the Primary Series, otherwise known as the foundation of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga practice. The class emphasizes developing a deeper sense of awareness and enhancing free movement. Students will also learn about vinyasa, a system of breath coordinated movement. The teacher oversees the class with attention to each student’s needs, caring for the psychosomatic state of the student by placing emphasis on total mind-body suppleness beyond physical flexibility.

Through Mysore led class, you will learn how to correct and improve breathing patterns as well as understanding the precision in learning the postures that will bring health to body and mind.

Develop a practice that is appropriate for you specifically and which will evolve and change as you need it to. PRANAYAMA: THE BEGINNING
"Conscious Breathing: The Art of Inhalation and Exhalation"
Pranayama, the Beginning online course will combine traditional yogic practice and wisdom with a scientific approach and psychological understanding, that will give you insight and guidance into conscious breathing and its practice. You will learn specific exercises that increase your oxygen intake, boost circulation and stimulate vibrant health.
In this training, Nilesh Tiwari will teach you the techniques to work with the subtler levels of the self and learn to tap into a "higher state" of being. Practise the yogic way of breathwork from anywhere in the world to improve your state of mind and health.

MANTRA YOGA COURSE
In this beginners course, we offer comprehensive lessons in Sanskrit mantras. Nilesh will guide the students on how to chant and apply these sacred sounds to their lives thoroughly and practically, following the Vedic principles. With the exploration of various types of mantras, you can learn how to use them effectively for healing in your own meditation practice.

Through this 4-days Mantra Yoga course, you will experience the synergy of healing techniques between meditation, breathing, and sound vibrations. Together, we will recite in synchronicity and invite peace into our hearts and mind.
