ASHTANGA VINIYASA YOGA - MYSORE ( EMBRACE THE JOURNEY WITHIN )
The practise of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga combines Postures, to strengthen and realign the body, breathing techniques to increase vitality and strengthen the nervous system and concentration and meditation practices to calm the mind and ease stress. ?

This traditional Yoga training style emphasizes individualized practice geared to a student’s particular needs and condition.
The class works on developing a deeper sense of awareness and enhanced free movement. Students learn about vinyasa, a system of movement that is coordinated with the breath.
The teacher circulates energy, giving each student individual correction, support, physical adjustments and verbal instructions to ensure the full potential of the practice.?
Nilesh Tiwari oversees the class with attention to each student’s needs, caring for the psychosomatic state of the student by placing emphasis on total mind-body suppleness beyond physical flexibility.

Through this class, you will learn how to correct and improve breathing patterns as well as understanding the precision required in the postures to bring health to body and mind.

Discover simple yoga exercises to help you develop a stronger and healthier back. The ancient yogic system of exercise is readily available and ideally suited for dealing with many modern-day back problems.

Spine Yoga guides you through the hip opening and standing postures, abdominal and back strengthening techniques, plus a guided relaxation. These exercises will maximize the movements of the spine, strengthen your abdominals and release your back muscles.? This specialized practice is focused on back bending, lengthening and opening the spine backwards, forwards and sideways. ?

This class is for people who wish to improve the flexibility of the lower, middle and upper back which includes the lumbar region as well as the limbic system. The mind is a malleable organ that is balanced on the tip of the spine, and mental creativity is directly linked to the spinal column. This is a practice well suited to enhance the fluid, adaptive quality of the mind.
For creatives, in particular, looking for inspiration, this practice is highly recommended.

You will be introduced to the art of caring for your back and building stability to protect the lower back. Preparing the body to endure (and adapt to) multiple forms and levels of stress.

GOLDEN YOGA FOR SENIOR CITIZEN (JOYFUL LIVING)
Golden Yoga is a Yoga Practice adapted to suit our senior citizens.
The focus of the class is to relax the mind and body. It will help the student unwind, breathe more consciously, and turn inward. Nilesh will share various techniques to remove tension physically and mentally and provide guidance towards opening blockages from various parts of the body, releasing stiffness from all the joints & muscles.

The Golden Yoga class will help senior citizens to improve overall health and well-being. It will bring about higher levels of energy and contribute to cheerfulness. It will build better coordination, concentration and agility, so important as age advances. The Student will experience deep renewal and learn practices that can be continued to create a balanced life.

SAHAJA YOGA - "RESTORATIVE YOGA TO RELAX & RELEASE "
‘Sahaja’ is a Sanskrit term that reflects the simplicity of one’s natural state. Known as the Yoga of Relaxation, it is a wonderful complement to an active lifestyle as well as any other form of yoga.

Through gentle flow, the movements will help you unwind and breathe more consciously for you to turn inward. One will experience deep renewal and learn practices that can be continued to be used in everyday life to create balance. The focus of the class is to relax the mind and body. Nilesh will share various relaxation techniques to remove tension that is stored physically and mentally, guiding you to dissolve blockages from various parts of your body, releasing tension and stiffness from the muscles and bones.

Sahaja postures give an opportunity for deeper tissues, such as connective and the fascia, to release long-held tensions, allowing for the prana (life force) to flow more easily through previously blocked areas, increasing overall energy and well-being.
