Spine Shakti Yoga - Back Care
Nilesh R Tiwari
Detail Class over
Back bending is a specialized practice that is focused on lengthening and opening the spine backward, forwards and sideways. Nilesh will introduce you to the art of caring for your back through safe and deep back bending postures for the opening of your pelvis, hip flexors, upper back, and shoulders.

This class is for people who wish to improve the flexibility of the lower, middle and upper back which includes the lumbar region as well as the limbic system. Spine Shakti Yoga is also ideal for those who just want to practice more back bending safely and without hurting themselves.

The mind is a malleable organ that is balanced on the tip of the spine, and mental creativity is directly linked to the spinal column. This practice is well suited for those who want to enhance the fluidity and adaptive quality of the mind as well as for people who are creatively seeking for additional inspiration.

Introduction to Mantra Chanting and Sound Healing
Nilesh R Tiwari
Detail Class over
Mantras play a very important role in the Science of Yoga, the manifestation and representation of supreme consciousness. Mystical energy encased in a sound structure has the ability to move energies, creating profound change within the practitioner and the environment at large.

Mantra chanting of classical Sanskrit prayers (Slokas) Indian gods and their cosmic meaning Arati and Pujas are ceremonial giving of thanks to the Divine (traditional Vedic/yogic rituals). A mantra, when constantly repeated, awakens the consciousness. A mantra is embraced by practice and achieved by a mental process. The root "man" in the word mantra comes from the first syllable of that word meaning "to think" and "tra" from "trai" meaning "to protect or free" from the bondage of the phenomenal world.

In this beginners course, we offer comprehensive lessons in Sanskrit mantras. Nilesh will guide the students on how to chant and apply these sacred sounds to their lives thoroughly and practically, following the Vedic principles. With the exploration of various types of mantras, you can learn how to use them effectively for healing in your own meditation practice.

You are invited to experience a powerful yogic practice that can calm the nervous system and improve mental focus. This 15-hour online course will be an immersion of sacred chants, mantras, and meditation that will remove tensions and improve mental focus.
