VINYASA AND BANDHA
Bandha is the Sanskrit term to lock or bind, which is used in Yoga to refer to the energy locks of the body. Like network of wind tunnels, we can block off certain tunnels to redirect more wind, or energy, down certain routes. In the body these energy channels transmit prana, our life force energy, to parts of the body needing more vigor. As major energy channels open up the body harmonizes, increasing overall energy and positive attitude.

Vinyasa refers to the transition that links two different asana poses. Breath in the link that unites each movement, so Vinyasa is moving breath.
