All the course are led by Nilesh Tiwari and are intensive residential courses held at Nataraja shala and based on the ancient gurukula system from India where teachers and students live together in Ashram style accommodation.
The four course program starts with a classic teacher's course that develops the skills to teach yoga asana and provides a solid grounding in the classical yoga tradition by exploring and experiencing the essence of ancient yogic science and knowledge.
Three further courses expand on the base and cover advance teaching techniques before moving to yoga therapy. These courses provide a wonderful opportunity to deepen your spriitual connection to yoga and open yourself to profound inner transformation.

(C4 - AYTTTC) - Advance Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Course
The Teacher Training Course can stand alone, certificating the student as a qualified teacher or lead on to higher-level courses in advanced teacher training and yoga therapy.
The Teacher Training Course is registered by and fulfills the requirements for the Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification and is recognised as a registered Yoga School Certificate (RYS).
